I've been a client of ewheels since the Kingsong 16s was considered a performance wheel. Every interaction and ever purchase from the small (tubes/tires) to all 4 wheels has been fantastic.
No other vendor that I know of has your back like ewheels, even doing a voluntary (at ewheels own expense) battery replacement for my RS as well as many other customer's gotway wheels when they felt the factory packs were not as safe as they should be. This is truly the definition of above and beyond.
