Purchased an Inmotion RS from them a few weeks ago and received it in 4 business days which is apparently not the norm when ordering from most companies or the parent organization. Most importantly, the customer service was absolutely amazing. Jason has probably exchanged upwards of 40 emails with me answering all my questions as well as liaising with the manufacturer to make sure I can get a couple newly released parts for the scooter when available. Overall a fantastic experience.
