Purchased an Inmotion V12 HS. Immediately upon completing my purchase I received emails confirming my order as well as how everything was to be shipped. Everything was shipped quickly and I received my order a day earlier than promised. I'm excited to learn how to ride an EUC and have logged a few miles on the V12 already. eWheels made the whole process of ordering very easy. I haven't had to contact support/customer service but if they are as efficient as they were during the ordering process then I have no doubt it would be 5 stars as well.
