Great company to deal with. There were many updates along the way about the status of my order and what to expect. They sent emails detailing setup and then followed up shortly after the new wheel arrived with some info about a small issue that some people were having along with a potential solution. The addition of pads and a seat for my new wheel were an awesome perk for pre-order as well.
