I spent a couple of months researching which EUC I wanted and trying to decide where to buy it. The forums I read convinced me that eWheels was the way to go and I am glad I did! I asked questions before ordering, received prompt responses and my wheel was shipped with no issues. Got the bonus pedals and pads and was surprised to find wrist guards included with my v11 as well!
Feeling pretty good about my experience so far knowing I can contact them for help and not wait on the manufacturer.
