You don't find customer service this good in pretty much any other industry. eWheels is responsive, informative, eager and easy-going. Other riders regularly talk about how delighted and surprised they are when they contact eWheels support. I've worked with them to keep myself and other riders riding for 4 years and they've been a delight.
