I always appreciate Ewheels and there awesome customer service. The only thing that is difficult as a unicyclist enthusisit is that buying one is a big risk. I just found my self in the unfortunate situation where I spent 2000 on a kingsong 16 pro to descover I prefer It far less then my v11. I understand that is the chance you take but if there was an easier way to try before you buy or have a more lenient return policy even if It was not a full refund that would help me buy with much more confidence in the future.
