This was my first wheel purchase after riding my buddies older v12 and couldn’t be more happy with the level of service. Had a few questions that were answered promptly by the ewheels team and everything was shipped so professional ( forgot to take pictures of everything packed was too excited to open. ) would definitely order from them again when i go to make another wheel purchase!! The only thing that i will say is though i was a tad bummed they were out of stock of the seat kit for my v14 so i did get a shock instead but was hoping for the seat instead ( but will just have to wait till in stock and purchase), but again over all amazing service!
