The folks at eWheels answered a lot of stupid questions from a rank beginner and were very helpful to me in making a great selection. I'm pleased with the 66 lb suspension and with their recommendation that I switch from the tubed knobby tire to the tubeless street tire. I was able to track the purchase, both as it came across the Pacific and on the FedEx truck.
