I can safely say out of the five or so wheels I have bought from this company that they definitely far exceed even high end retailers with their service level. They always make a way to make a concession if there's an error on their part or even if it's an error on the customer's part. I have zero desire to shop anywhere else other than eWheels. As long as the service stays the way that it is, they'll always have my business. And it is spot on excellent!!!!
