I’ve purchased one wheel and 3 accessories from ewheels. They continue to be prompt with replies and shipping out my orders. I have used their service for warranty on my EUC. after purchase support was quick and no hassle with replacement parts being shipped quickly at no additional cost to me. They even send out updates on safety information for my ride. I would buy from them again.
