I recently purchased a brand new Begode Falcon EUC from eWheels for $1,699 USD. While I was excited about the purchase, I encountered significant motor issues shortly after receiving the unit.
On a positive note, the eWheels support team, particularly Nick, has been very responsive and helpful in diagnosing the problem. Their prompt communication and willingness to assist are commendable and have made dealing with this issue somewhat easier.
