I purchased a V8f from ewheels about three years ago. It broke an axel right off the bat, and everything was resolved at no cost to me. They stood behind the product. I purchased a used Nik+ from a guy that bought from ewheels. When the battery issue happend, they verified the purchase and sent me the new upgraded batteries, at no charge to me. When I decided to upgrade wheels, ewheels had a price in line with other sellers by a few hundred bucks, so I gladly got a master V4 from them, knowing that if anything happens, they'll back it. Don't screw around and go the cheapest route, the difference is a small price to pay for when things might go wrong. I can probably do the repairs with shipped parts, but who wants to screw around second guessing things with that. Go ewheels, lol.
