eWheels is a phenomenal seller to work with. There was a mixup with my selected tire type (received knobby instead of street) and they sent out a replacement street tire right away, free of charge. Then after I wiped out on some mud and bent my pedal, I sent them an email and had a quick response with an invoice I could pay to get a replacement. Shipping was fast and I was back on the trails.
