First of all, ewheels has every part imaginable. So if you’re looking for some obscure part there’s no really no other place to go. So save yourself the hassle of scouring all over china for the part. Ewheels has it. Secondly, their customer service is second to none! I purchased 2 wheels from them and several parts to rebuild wheels that I already owned and they promptly got back to me with knowledgeable answers to the endless questions that I seem to have. They help me bring a wheel that I didn’t even purchase from them back to life after I wiped out and it ended up in a river. They were patient, gave me options for multiple scenarios and provided the rare parts to fix it. So I give their customer service 5 out of 5 stars. I’ll definitely continue to do business with this company and will recommend them to whoever asks. I’d also say I’m probably not the easiest customer, and yet they’ve continued to impress.
