The eWheels team was very responsive when trying to troubleshoot issues I was having with my EUCs air shock. Eventually they sent out a brand new air shock for a reduced price. Their customer service is on another level. I've never exerienced anything quite like it. If you're trying to decide which dealer to purchase all things PEV, I wouldn't hesistate to go with eWheels. They're absolutely amazing!!
