Customer service has been top notch in helping me select a wheel based on my riding skills and desired specs- answering all my questions on weight, battery info, bms, and suspension. In the end, I went with the Patton, which so far, has turned out to be a good wheel for me, that I was able to mount after starting with the mten4.
