Had a battery pack go out on my Begode Master and reached out to eWheels for help. eWheels responded within minutes and had a battery pack prepared, charged to the proper voltage and sent out the same day. Jason threw in some sturdy metal casings to replace the cheap plastic casings for all my battery packs. Pretty damn awesome! Their customer service is A+.
