The customer support from these guys is unreal. As an example, I bought a spring for my ET Max about 4 months ago. I never installed it and pretty much forgot about it. Just a week ago, I ordered another one! I realized my mistake about a day later, but when I emailed them, they had already sent it out. They immediately refunded my money which I got within 24 hours before I even got a chance to send it back. Also, I've bought all my wheels from them and have never had a hardware problem with any of my purchases, even though I've bought first run wheels. It's hard to imagine better customer service and I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in EUC.
