Ewheels is a fantastic company! They've given extensive help and support, even on wheels I haven't purchased from them. My handle broke, pedal hanger cracked, and inner shell cracked on my Nikola AR+ and Ewheels helped me find replacement parts, offering me pedal hangers from one of their own wheels as none were in stock at the time, and drew up a guide on how to take everything apart without me even asking. Ewheels is by far the best electric unicycle retailer and has FANTASTIC after sales support. I highly recommend
