I had a ton of questions when placing my order, especially about the shipping process and ewheels was able to arrange the shipping arrangement of my choice and remained highly communicative throughout. Shipping would've been next day but I was out of town and ewheels was able to hold the wheel and ship at the appropriate time. What a great experience!
