I've got to give five stars to eWheels! The Sherman L is an amazing wheel, it's had time to become what it is. But even a leaperKim wheel can have unprojected rare issues, and that's exactly what happened to me. This gave me the opportunity and privilege to really see the integrity eWheels has when dealing with these difficult customer care cases. Both Jason and Nick made me feel like I was their only customer, I really don't know how the two of them do it. Their communication and replies were so prompt I was able to seamlessly troubleshoot to eventually getting a walk through on how to get under the hood of this wheel, and resolving the issue. They displayed compassion for my situation of being on a vacation dedicated to touring with the wheel and bent over backwards to make sure I was able to continue with my plans. Jason was even ready to get me a replacement if needed. That is hands down top of the line customer service. To have a seller like that in a sport like EUC is a blessing.
