My experience began with a couple of emails seeking
advice on which wheel would support a 70 yr old heavy individual. The emails were answered within a few hours, which I consider timely. I placed my order on Friday June 13th . I received shipment confirmation that same evening. The wheel arrived a week later, as estimated.
