Scooter developed an issue with motor under one month, ewheels team were responsive to rectify concern in a timely manor, including troubleshooting any additional concerns. I would recommend purchasing from ewheels as the agency stands behind the products they sell and are willing to assit to make things right. Will be purchasing from ewheels again.
