This is my first EUC and so I brought the 14D to ensure I don't get in over my head. It seems to be built pretty well. In the first half hour, I must have dropped it a million times. It's scratched up all over. I wish they had included a strap and instructions to let beginners know how to use the strap. I've only been on the wheel 3 times so far and today (the 3rd time) was a 4 mile ride without stopping. :-) Happy so far. Will come back with a more detailed review in a few weeks. Few things they could improve on: 1. Include better instructions with the wheel. It took a while to figure out which way is front. 2. Include a strap and instructions on usage 3. Make it easier to download the app and unlock the wheel
