Pretty happy for the most part.
I recieved my KingSong 18xl with an unbalanced tire. Jason was very responsive & had me try a "at home" fix which didn't work. Instead he had me send it in for repairs which corrected the issue. I wasn't pleased at having to pay shipping to have it repaired as it wasn't shipped to me initially in correct working order, but they did fix it in a timely manner. I will purchase my wheels from them in the future, but I would hope than they reconsider their policy of charging return shipping on an item received in a faulty condition. Maybe a 60 or 90 day window?
