I had a minor manufacturer-related issue with my new wheel (Kingsong had forgotten to add the serial number of my 16x to their internal database, and the wheel was locked until the entry was made). eWheels customer service was very responsive when I reached out, and they reached out to the manufacturer directly on my behalf to get the issue resolved. However, after the issue was resolved, I was not notified until several days later when I reached back out to check the status. But again, eWheels was very responsive to my second inquiry, and the problem was solved. Jason was also very helpful in assisting me with troubleshooting while we waited for the response from the manufacturer.
