Great customer service and turn-around time, particularly given the pandemic! My Gotway Tesla arrived quickly and eWheels had even included wrist guards so I could get straight to riding without needing to wait for more gear (already owned a helmet). In addition, they replace the pedals with wider ones and excellent grip tape. Super awesome. Note: photo of wheel is after several days riding and a couple drops. It arrived scratch-free and so beautiful!
