eWheels was very easy and prompt. The element I didn't care for was, after you buy it you get an email that tells you how dangerous the unicycle can be. I get that sales would reduce if you told people that beforehand and lawyers/liability make you have to put that out but I found it disingenuous to clear the smoke and mirrors after the purchase.
