ewheels did a great job of answering my emails promptly and providing great customer service. When I needed to change my shipping address at the last minute, Jason got it done no problem. The scooter arrived at the stated date and in good condition. The inclusion of assembly tools would have been nice, but otherwise, it was a great customer experience.
