I was a bit skeptical of eWheels seeing as how there is another popular seller in the US which has been in business for several years, but I decided to contact eWheels' customer service to gather some information and make my own judgements.
Their response was quick to say the least. I got a response within an hour in the early morning and decided to make a purchase within the following days after extensive research on over 30 scooters beforehand. Their customer support was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
