I believe camera that we received isn’t brand new? Might have been an open box. When I tried to charge the battery using my own cables (used 3 different ones) it would not charge? We had to buy a separate charger and extra batteries as the camera is obviously unusable if we can’t charge it? We will see if any other issues happen but I have a feeling this is why it was returned by someone else and now resold agin to us? Not impressed
