Service was adequate, but I chose something very complicated, because there was insufficient information provided. I needed a very basic voice recorder. Perhaps you might make a note of the comment about providing more information, so items would be suitable to the customer's needs and result in fewer returns.
Would I buy from Excellent Photo again? Perhaps if I could get full info and maybe a contact number of someone who could provide answers or alternate suggestions.
