My experience with Excellent Photo changed once I received my order. The product description on the webpage included a necessary cable for the video monitor I was purchasing, but it was not delivered with the order. Customer service simply passed it off and said the cable was not included in the accessories kit regardless if it was mentioned on their website.
Simply put, I bought the cable from another online retailer and Excellent Photo still has not updated the product's webpage. Will not be ordering from here again.
