Hello, great service in general. I like the site and I like that it's Canadian. My order arrived relatively quickly. But when I had an issue with my product and I communicated it to excellent photo it took the team a while to respond. In the end I contacted the manufacturer (SHAPE) and they sent me a replacement. Looking forward to shopping again at excellent photo for my camera gear in the future. Cheers.
