Scam! Too pricey for a poor quality item, i tried to cancel my order but they said it cannot be cancelled for some reasons. I cancelled my subscription within the trial dates but i was still charged afterwards. Fast shipping you said but it took 20 days to be delivered. I will never order again and will never recommend it to my friends. I was about to return the earpods as the right earpod has unnecessary sounds when turned on, but i was too stressed to do it because of my previous experience with the charging, shipping and cancellation of my subscription. Very bad and appaling online store!
