I ordered a Benro monopod from Excellent Photo, who had the lowest price in Canada (including amazon). My order was fulfilled the next business day and I received it later that week. The folks at Excellent Photo even included a very nice lint-free lens cleaning cloth with my order. This was my first experience ordering from Excellent Photo but it will definitely not be my last.
