I ordered a memory card reader from Excellent Photo and they shipped it quickly. The free shipping took around a week to reach me, which was reasonable. Unfortunately, it was the wrong card reader. I called customer service immediately, and a few days later received PDF of a return label, and instructions saying that they'd ship the correct one upon receiving the incorrect one instead of cross shipping with a pre-printed return label.
