Hello Team, I recently acquired a Feiyu Tech Pocket Gimbal Camera with much anticipation for my upcoming journey to India. However, to my dismay, the device does not power on whatsoever. Despite charging the device until the green lights illuminate, it fails to start, whether plugged in or unplugged. This situation has caused me considerable embarrassment, especially considering that the camera was intended as a gift. Regrettably, I am unable to return to Canada for another four months. Consequently, I am reaching out to seek guidance on how to initiate the return and refund process. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in providing the necessary steps to resolve this matter.
