Horrible service. I ordered a Canon camera which was advertised with a battery included. I reported the battery was not included. The initial response was "Hi Daniel,
The unit is brand new and sealed, directly from the manufacturer. It does include a battery. Please double-check the box in case you missed it.
I responded that I did not miss it, and received this response.

Upon rechecking our system, it appears that there may have been an error on Canon's part. We thoroughly examined all the serial numbers and none of them corresponded to yours. Rest assured, the unit you received is completely new and directly from the manufacturer. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Typically, we would have contacted Canon to inquire about the possibility of arranging a battery shipped to you. However, since you have already purchased one, please inform us if there is anything else we can assist you with."
How do you think I feel about your "service"? I did not get what I was promised and paid for and you guys are doing nothing. Yes, I purchased another battery so I could check if the camera worked! That does not absolve you of your responsibilities to a customer to deliver what you promised you didn't.
I am strongly suggesting you send me the battery I should have received. I will be posting this review widely soon. I'd love to include a happy ending.
