We ordered Kangaroo photo albums and requested that they be sent by courier rather than Canada Post because of the possiblity of a strike soon.
The special request was confirmed, but when the shipping notice was sent, "Canada Post" appeared.
Fortunately I was able to communicate the issue to a coordinator, who immediately arranged to change the shipper to a courier service. I am vey happy that customer service was quick to respond, and our package arrived on time. I would recommend Excellent Photo-the staff supported us well when we needed it.
