ExcellentPhoto has far exceeded my highest expectations with the sale of my new camera. It is a highly sought after model that is seeing a lack of inventory and price gouging. It showed out of stock on ExcellentPhoto’s website so I signed up to be notified when it came back in stock with hopes of hearing from them in 6-8 months (the time frame I was quoted from several major camera vendors as well as local shops near me. To my surprise I received an email two days later that the camera was back in stock. I ordered it and kept my fingers crossed that this wasn’t a “we say it’s in stock and charge you then put you on a wait list” situation. I had a tracking number the first business day after the sale. Two days after that my new camera was at my door. I emailed Excellent a quick thank you and didn’t expect a response but got one the following day letting me know that they appreciate my business.
