The shutters themselves seem fine and customized to requested size. The final order involved 3 representatives at home, the initial door-to-door solicitation, a followup with salesman who measured window(s), and then a final measurement by a contractor, this all over a period of 1 month. Only now does a wait time of several weeks/months(?) begin for delivery and installation. I was asked to reschedule final visit to a time to accommodate company which I did and was promised a phone call in advance of final measurement which did not occur. So, related, timely services have room for significant improvement.
