Product was delayed due to supply chain issues. Customer reps were very responsive and apologetic. We had one shutter delivered damaged. I took a photo; again the customer service rep Amanda was super helpful. The replacement shutters (they only ship pairs) were delivered within 10 days. Color Bronze was identical to the chip sent (the chip chain was very helpful). My only reason for the 4 was that more care should be taking in packing the expensive shutters. There was absolutely no packing material....no paper, bubble wrap or Styrofoam to protect the shutters during shipment....just a cardboard UPS box.
