The shutters we bought were of good quality and easy to install. I would give them 5 star, BUT their delivery communication was a disaster. I was planning a vacation so I emailed them to get an update on the delivery date. They told me it would take up to 6 weeks, so we went away. I got the shutters delivered while I was away and a week later I received a notification from them saying my shutters were delivered. Good product, but terrible communication with their customers. So their question on this review is "Was your delivery on time?". How should we answer that? NO, it was early but they told me it was going to be late so the package would have sat there if it wasn't for my neighbor.
