I have not had an opportunity to have the shutters installed yet. My lower rating is primarily due to customer service interactions. After my shutter delivery was overdue based on the original schedule. I had to call 4 to 5 times as each revised date passed. They were not very proactive advising of changed ship dates. And never called back when they said they needed more time to check on status. The lack of communication is what upset me more than the delays in finishing the shutters.
