My delivery date was extended due to not having the parts to make the shutters. This was quite stressful since I had scheduled a painter to be here Several weeks after the expected due date. However, they did come before the painter finished my work. Plan on a much later delivery date if you order from this company. I was pleased with the shutters when they arrived.
