Once I ordered my shutters, the delivery date was extended by a few weeks which was not a problem since it was not manditory they be installed immediately. Packaging was fine. There were no instructions included but not a problem. You can find almost anything on the internet! I can't say the shutters are of steller quality as they were assembled with staples. I will know more in a few years.
