The shutters themselves were good. They seem sturdy and durable. I appreciated being able to get a free sample set for color matching to existing shutters. I wish there was an easy way to send those back so they could be reused. Also, the ordering and shipping process was pretty fast, much faster than I expected! I will say that I wish the bolts had more rigidity to them—I found them bending in several cases when I was getting them through the board and into the siding, particularly for higher shutters. Also, in trying to drill the holes into my siding, I accidentally scraped the face of a couple of shudders, and the scratch looks pretty white and bright. You can't see the scrapes with the shutters on the house, but the product overview said the color was blended all the way through, which it is, but that scuffs would look the same color as the product, and I didn't find that to be the case. Overall though, I would purchase again if I needed more shutters.
