We were thrilled with receiving the shipment within a week as opposed to three weeks as noted. However, the quality and the price are ridiculous compared to the quality and price of shutters from the Home Depot or Lowes. For $628.00 I was expecting a high quality product. The shutters are flimsy at best. I honestly feel troubled that I have to express my disappointment. But you requested customer feedback.
